Goals and Responsibilities of Facilitators
Framing: A facilitator is responsible for creating a space where all voices can be heard while also helping guide the discussion to address the group’s goals. Through considering what facilitation is and is not participants in this activity develop an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a Facilitator within a PAR Framework. This activity is taken from the training Facilitation and Co-Facilitation through a PAR Lens.
